1. Description of Proposed Promotion

Wellness Institute of Portland, DBA Devil’s Lettuce Farm, proposes to offer an online educational cannabis quiz through the Devil’s Lettuce Farm website for adults 21 years of age or older. The purpose is consumer education regarding cannabis concentrates, nano-emulsification technology, THCa, concentrate textures and consistencies, processing methods, starting material, and Devil’s Lettuce Farm’s West Coast-influenced manufacturing philosophy.

Participation will be free. No purchase of cannabis, cannabis products, or any other product will be required. No additional entries will be awarded based on purchases or spending. A participant will not be required to answer quiz questions correctly to receive an entry.

One - Puffco Peak, approximate retail value $220.00, will be awarded to one randomly selected eligible entrant. The prize contains no cannabis or cannabis product.

Because the device may fall within Maine’s definition of cannabis paraphernalia, the licensee specifically requests OCP review and written approval of the proposed device as the sweepstakes prize. No cannabis, cannabis concentrate, edible cannabis product, cannabis plant, sample, or other THC-containing product will be awarded as a prize.

• Participant provides the requested entry information.
• Participant receives one entry into the random drawing.
